The room was newly furnished! The amenities were complete. There is even a convenience store and a restaurant below the condominium! Super convenient. The pool is huge and perfect for kids. Just that it gets pretty crowded during the weekends.

Booked family suite - 2 queen bedrooms, both room got bathroom. Rooms are so clean, there provide toiletries too. Easy to find food as there’re shop nearby. Kids had fun at the pool. Receptionist so helpful and polite. She gave Christmas goodies to kids. Very recommended to stay here.

Strategic location. Place was clean and the facilities with big swimming pool area and mini waterpark was superb. It’s an ideal place to stay if you have kids and would like to just stay in and relax. downstairs have laundry area, convenient store as well as food.
I recently stayed at K Avenue Place and had a very comfortable experience. The room’s bed was spacious enough for two people, and the overall environment was quiet, ensuring a restful sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated having the option to cook, as it was equipped with utensils and a freezer. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The pool area for kids offers slides, overhead sprays, and a giant bucket that spills when full and splashes onto excited bystanders. I with my kids really enjoyed every minutes of the stay! We like the bed the kitchen and the bathroom also! All was really good and the place smells so good! It’s like a hotel even the soap is good, because it’s a aromatic soap really calming and nice, I would like to come back here for sure! Recommend. But if you don’t like crowded
